Dr. Clara Whaley Perkins - 1983

Paramount Chief Honoria Bailor-Caulker was a strong advocate for Women's issues. She became the first Sierra Leone conference president of the Women's Society of World Service. Under her direction, the International Labor Organization paved the road from Moyamba to Shenge.
