We would like to invite all family, friends, loved ones and advocates to nominate a female (18+) who is currently housing insecure, or has been within the last 18 months. Write to us with 250 words or less about why your nominee should receive a free makeover!

Ciara Desper is Co owner of OmniTresses Salon and OmniTresses Haircare along with her husband Avery residing in the southern area of New Jersey. Ciara is an innovative hair stylist with an eye for trendy, cutting edge, new styles. She has been styling hair for more than 10 years and has worked with a wide range of clients - from celebrities such as Elle Varner, YaYa Dacosta, and Robin Givens; to also serving as an official hair stylist of the Philadelphia 76ers; to the everyday woman and children of all ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Ciara was also featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer and magazines. Ciara enjoys learning and teaching and always looks for a way to give back to others because she understands the power of self care and looking beautyiful.
